Kurt Stallaert is a world-renowned advertising and fashion photographer currently listed in the top 20 selected by Luerzer's international archive magazine. In his work, Stallaert often addresses today's social and cultural issues but never fails to add a touch of humor, an irritating element or an uplifting exaggeration. Further exploring the boundaries between the real and the surreal, Stallaert recently also discovered video and film. Using high-speed photography he created a series of moving images he calls moving stills: slowly moving pictures that approach both photography and film.
