Anne-Mie Van Kerckhoven uses audio, video, internet and tekst in her multimedia installations; Her work reflects obscenity in society from a clearly female perspective. Since 1995 she has been working with images in which women play a key role and questioning the pleasure of pornography. The domestic interior is often the setting for her collages. In the 1990s she switched from drawing to computer-generated images.
