In 1970 the architect and artist Luc Deleu founded T.O.P. office, a bureau for projects, installations, texts and visionary proposals in the field of architecture and town and country planning. Deleu is concerned with such issues as the growth of the world population, the imbalance in the production of food, and the pollution of the environment. He developes design strategies for the global public space under the name Orban Space.
